Why Offer a Workplace Program?

Another great benefit of a workplace program is that it offers a chance for employees to experience activities together that are not work related, which can facilitate more camaraderie with one another and a happier work environment.
By making services such as yoga, meditation and fitness readily available to employees, companies are improving well-being and job satisfaction, as well as raising retention rates.
