What Will the Retreat Entail?
This retreat is designed for women ages 18 and up. During the retreat, we will have the opportunity to connect with like minded women as we explore and expand our understanding of who we are and our potential as the focus of this retreat will be on Growing Our Self Confidence We will experience a transformation through Mindful Yoga, Meditation, Gatherings, Free time for Reflection, connection with nature, Journeydance and more.
The Healing Benefits of Nature
We will have opportunities each day to enjoy the beautiful 236 acres of woods, streams, gorges, and walking paths. It offers a panoramic views as distant as Pennsylvania.
Gourmet Vegetarian Meals
The meals served will be gourmet vegetarian with many vegan options. They use organic ingredients wherever possible. Coffee, tea, and light snacks (fruit, nuts, nut butters, and rice cakes) throughout the day in the lodge.

The simple rooms have excellent soundproofing with a large window in each overlooking the beautiful grounds. We will be staying at the Light on the Hill Lodge where there are 18 single rooms, 4 double rooms and 1 multipurpose room. When you make your reservation please indicate whether you prefer a single, double or multipurpose room.
The cost of the retreat includes dinner Friday night, 3 meals on Saturday and Sunday breakfast and lunch. Snacks, coffee and tea throughout the day. It also includes comfortable lodging in a private room and all parts of the program.

Arrive any time after 3:00 pm. Find your room assignment, tour the facility, walk the grounds, meet other participants, relax and unwind!

7:00 am – Yoga ( all Yoga will be modified for beginners through experienced)

11:30 – Qi Gong out on lawn
12:30 – lunch

RETREAT LOCATION: Light on the Hill- Van Etten, NY
The Light on the Hill offers two large, outdoor grass and rock Labyrinths. Many participants have reported deep experiences and insights gained by walking a labyrinth.
